About this tool

Subtitles finishing before the actors speak, or dragging seconds behind — both are arithmetic problems, not rocket science. Paste or load your .srt and shift every cue by a positive (later) or negative (earlier) offset in seconds, float-precise. Drifting slowly out of sync across the whole film? That is a speed mismatch — often 25 fps subtitles on a 23.976 fps rip — and the rescale factor multiplies every timestamp to match. The parser keeps cue text and numbering intact, clamps anything pushed before 0:00, and hands you a clean corrected .srt. No upload, no engine load — pure JavaScript. Your file never leaves this page — processing runs in your browser via WebAssembly; nothing is uploaded and the file is dropped from memory when you close the tab.
