Our position

Toolfyra respects intellectual-property rights and expects others to do the same. The site runs self-contained browser tools and does not host, store or redistribute third-party media files. If you believe material accessible on toolfyra.com infringes your copyright, we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it.

How to file a takedown notice

Send a written notice to contact@toolfyra.com with the subject line “DMCA”. Your notice must include all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered).
• The exact URL on toolfyra.com of the page containing the material you want removed or disabled.
• Your contact details: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A good-faith statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf — followed by your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice procedure

If material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line “DMCA counter-notice”. Include: the URL of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for your address (or, if you are outside it, to a court in a jurisdiction we reasonably specify), and your signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us within 10 business days that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

Repeat infringers

We keep records of the notices we receive. Under our repeat-infringer policy, we may deny further access to the service to any party that is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, and we will remove or disable material identified in valid notices regardless of volume.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge every notice within 2 business days and to complete our review — removal or a reasoned refusal — within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. Incomplete notices are returned with an explanation of what is missing, so please include every item listed above.
