Daily Routine Builder — Plan the Day, Spot the Overlaps

Add blocks with a start and end time, drag them into order, and the builder flags overlaps and shows how much of the day is actually scheduled.

Quick answer: Build a daily routine free: add time blocks, drag to reorder, see the total scheduled hours and any overlaps, then print or copy the schedule. Nothing is stored on a server.

  3. Check for overlaps, then print or copy.

About this tool

Most routine advice tells you to wake at five and journal; what actually helps is seeing your real day laid out, because that is where the double-bookings and the two-hour gaps become obvious. This builder takes blocks with start and end times, sorts them, and warns you when two of them collide or when you have scheduled more than the hours available. It also marks the sleep window, since sleep is the one block that decides whether the rest holds. Print it, or copy it into a note.

FAQ

Is my routine stored?
No. It lives in this tab; use print or copy to keep it.
Does it detect overlaps?
Yes — overlapping blocks are listed with a warning.
Can I reorder blocks?
Yes — use the up/down buttons on each row.
What about sleep?
Add it as a block; the tool counts it and shows how much is left in the day.
Can I print it?
Yes — the print button opens the browser's print dialog.
Why flag overlaps?
Because a plan with two things at 18:00 is not a plan, it is a wish.
